Job Description
Work Location : On the road / Construction job sites throughout Maryland
- We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to quality standards.
- This is a hands-on field position requiring strong leadership, organization, and construction knowledge.
- Supervise daily construction activities and field operations.
- Lead and coordinate labor teams on job sites.
- Conduct site inspections and address construction issues as they arise.
- Coordinate project schedules with internal teams and management.
- Track materials, inventory, tools, equipment, and vehicle usage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, labor records, material usage, and project documentation.
- Monitor work for compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Use CRM or project management software for documentation and project tracking.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and management.
- 5 years of construction experience.
- 1 year of construction crew/team supervision experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and field operations.
- Experience with project scheduling and coordinating multiple tasks/projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working hands-on in various weather conditions.
- Ability to manage labor, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
