We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes initiative, communicates well, and isn’t afraid to get involved when something needs to be done.
Responsibilities
- Visit and oversee active roofing, repair, and residential construction projects.
- Conduct job-site inspections before, during, and after projects to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Inspect roofs and exterior components to help identify leaks, water intrusion, damaged shingles, flashing problems, ventilation issues, and other roofing concerns.
- Help diagnose problems involving roofing and other residential construction projects and assist in determining appropriate repair solutions.
- Safely access roofs when necessary to perform inspections and evaluate problem areas.
- Must be willing and physically comfortable using ladders and walking on roofs safely.
- Take detailed photos, measurements, notes, and documentation during inspections.

What We’re Looking For
We aren’t just looking for someone to stand around and supervise a crew. We need someone who can become a reliable set of eyes and ears in the field.
The right person will be comfortable showing up to a property, speaking professionally with the homeowner, getting on a ladder when conditions are safe, inspecting a roof, identifying potential problems, documenting what they find, communicating with the crew, and helping keep the project moving.
Some days may involve overseeing an installation or completing inspections. Other days may involve diagnosing a roof leak, checking on a repair, picking up materials, collecting a customer check, delivering supplies to a crew, or helping solve an unexpected problem on a job site.
Experience is valuable, but reliability, willingness to learn, good judgment, and a strong work ethic are extremely important to us.
If you’re comfortable working in the field, enjoy solving problems, and want an opportunity to grow with a busy roofing and residential construction company, we’d like to hear from you.
