- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (FNP or Adult NP)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a setting allowing independent practice
- Full DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule II medications (for ADHD only - not pain management)
- Preferred: Experience in functional medicine and/or hormone replacement therapy
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Family or Adult Health
- Credentialed with major insurance providers is a plus
- Provide high-quality primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Conduct physical exams, wellness visits, and manage chronic and acute conditions
- Offer patient counseling and education
- Manage care for patients with ADHD (Schedule II medications), sexual health concerns, and weight-related issues
- Perform hormone replacement therapy and contribute to comprehensive patient care plans
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
