- 3-5 clinic days per week with a dedicated admin day
- Every 3rd week ED call

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and document patient care within the assigned specialty.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care.
- Guide nursing staff and care team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coding.
- Participate in medical staff meetings, peer reviews, and CME requirements.
- Meet quality and production standards.
- Lead care team huddles and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote patient safety and efficient use of resources.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Participate in community outreach and scholarly activities as needed.
- Perform duties in accordance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Minimum
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Current DEA license
- Additional related education and/or experience
- Bilingual preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $285,000
