Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The Executive Recruiting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end executive hiring process.
- This position ensures a seamless and high-touch candidate experience while enabling the recruiting team to operate efficiently.
- This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and support strategic sourcing and special projects.
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage complex scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews across time zones (both domestic and international).
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure timely and accurate logistics.
- Prepare and distribute interview agendas and materials.
- Onsite Interview Day Management:
- Facilitate onsite interview days, including candidate welcome, room bookings, and interviewer readiness.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for executive-level candidates, including collaboration with the BCD Travel Team.
- Candidate Experience & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure timely communication and a white-glove experience for executive-level talent.
- Offer Letter & Requisition Support:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of offer letters via SuccessFactors.
- Maintain access and accuracy of job requisitions and candidate records.
- Project Support:
- Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Support data tracking and reporting for executive hiring metrics.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, preferably supporting executive or senior-level hiring.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
- Experience coordinating international interviews.
- Familiarity with executive-level hiring protocols and confidentiality standards.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for candidate experience.
