Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle complex estate planning matters including trusts, wills, estates, and tax planning
- Advise high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated estate, tax, and transfer strategies
- Develop business succession plans and strategies for taxable estates
- Manage multiple matters and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced law firm environment
- 3 years of law firm experience in complex estate planning matters
- Strong experience with trusts, wills, estates, and tax-related planning
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients preferred
- Florida Bar admission required or willingness to seek admission
- LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation preferred but not required
