What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Level Estate Planning Attorney position at Varnum LLP?
Varnum LLP is seeking an attorney to join the Estate Planning Practice Team in our Naples, FL office.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of law firm experience in complex estate planning matters, including trusts, wills, estates, and tax-related planning. Experience advising high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated estate, tax, and transfer planning, business succession strategies, and taxable estates is strongly preferred. An LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is a plus but not required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering outstanding client service. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Admission to the Florida Bar is required, or candidates must be willing to seek admission. Relocation support is available for attorneys interested in moving to Southwest Florida, and the firm will reimburse expenses related to Florida Bar admission.
