The ideal candidate has 5 years of Elder Abuse law experience, is confident litigating cases from start to finish, and is passionate about advocating for injured and elderly clients. Personal Injury training will be provided if needed.

About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Elder Abuse & Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate has 5 years of Elder Abuse law experience, is confident litigating cases from start to finish, and is passionate about advocating for injured and elderly clients. Personal Injury training will be provided if needed.
Responsibilities
- Handle court hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations statewide
- Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and trial briefs
- Manage a fast-paced litigation caseload and meet strict deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to support firm-wide success
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- 5 years of Elder Abuse litigation experience (required)
- Previous PI litigation experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to travel throughout California for court appearances
- Leadership ability and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for representing injured individuals against insurance companies
