Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role located in Madison, WI, with opportunities for occasional remote work.
- The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis across all communities. Key responsibilities include developing budgets, preparing financial statements, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate reporting.

- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to perform data-driven decision-making

- Leadership experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or senior living industries
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus
