Key Responsibilities

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Identifies and implements end to end marketing strategies and programs for new or existing products or services.
- Plans and implements marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product management team to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare marketing activity reports.
- Promotes customer awareness and field sales effectiveness through marketing communication projects.
- Consults with product management to assess program impact.
- Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
- Forecasts future marketing needs by applying advanced marketing principles, theories and concepts to create and design strategic responses for various marketing projects.
- Typically assigned long-range projects requiring diverse marketing theories and techniques.
- May require considerable working knowledge of other major areas and the skill to integrate and communicate that information.
- Considered an expert within the discipline.
- Cross team collaboration, analytics, sales briefs, one list submissions, a/b testing.
- Bachelors degree 6 years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
- Previous experience in complex execution and analytics is ideal.
- MS Product Suite experience
- Experience in website analytics, specifically Adobe
- Previous E-Commerce experience, online business sales experience
- Previous experience in product execution
- Ability to analyze multiple artifacts to plan and implement a comprehensive and effective eCommerce marketing plan using multiple sources that drives sales volume, revenue, customer acquisitions, and customer retention/satisfaction.
- Highly collaborative across multiple teams to align on overall Digital plans and strategies
- Ability to apply advanced marketing principles, theories and concepts to create and design strategic responses for various marketing projects.
- Forward thinking mind-set with focus on growth through test and learn approach
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Fast learner; self-starter; Focused/follows directions
