- Conduct discovery, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and hearings independently.
- Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and paralegals on client matters.
- Provide strategic legal analysis, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

- Licensed to practice law in California.
- 2 years of construction law experience, preferably in residential construction defect cases.
- Experience in civil complex actions and litigation risk management.

- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $210,000/year, depending on experience.
