- Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex commercial disputes and case strategy.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain strong communication with clients while ensuring high-quality legal service.
- Admission to the New York and New Jersey Bars (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach to legal practice.
