- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Wisconsin
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Work on land development and individual site projects
- Design and model stormwater systems
- Perform site grading design
- Design utilities including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems
- Prepare erosion control designs and ensure permit compliance
- Design streets and parking lots
- Handle permitting at local, county, and state levels
- Coordinate projects and communicate with clients
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct on site troubleshooting and construction observation
- Prepare project close out documentation
- Engage with municipalities and regulatory agencies for compliance
