- Manage key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Utilize CRM for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- There is a clear path for this individual to grow into a Director of Sales position and build out a sales team underneath them once their own book of business is established.
