What You’ll Be Doing
Sell the experience

Prospect and build new local business — corporate outings, fundraisers, team events, celebrations, and more

Own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract and follow-up

Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community groups

Host tours, tastings, lunches, and promotional events to showcase the venue
-
Track leads, activity, and pipelines in TripleSeat
-
Represent the brand at local networking and community events
Bring events to life

Plan and execute a wide range of events, from corporate parties to team-building outings and fundraisers
-
Work closely with guests to understand their vision, budget, and expectations

Coordinate logistics with food & beverage, operations, amusements, and staffing teams
-
Create and manage BEOs and participate in weekly and event-specific meetings

Be onsite for events — overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown
-
Step in to troubleshoot and solve issues in real time

Follow up post-event to gather feedback and strengthen relationships
Be a local ambassador

Partner with the GM and Marketing team on promotions, partnerships, and internal events

Support local marketing and social media efforts tied to events

Keep an eye on the local market and share ideas to improve offerings and guest experience
What We’re Looking For

2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality sales, business development, or a related field
-
A relationship-driven mindset and comfort with outbound outreach

Strong organization and follow-through- you can juggle multiple events without dropping the ball

Clear, confident communicator (in person and in writing)

Experience using CRM and event management tools

Comfortable being both behind the scenes and front and center during events
-
Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events demand it

Fast-paced, high-energy venue

Loud at times, with lighting effects and lots of guest interaction

You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
