Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join the Molecular Profiling & Bioconjugation group
- Work with a talented team of scientists to develop innovative protein biotherapeutics to bring curative treatments to patients.
- A key member of the conjugation chemistry team, responsible for the hands-on execution of bioconjugation experiments.
- Responsibilities will include the generation, purification, and characterization of bioconjugates.
- BA/BS in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical biology with 0-2 years of research experience.
- Hands-on experience with standard lab techniques and basic protein handling.
- Familiarity with bioconjugation reactions and associated analytical and purification methods such as chromatography and mass spectrometry
- Fast learner, detail oriented and highly organized; ability to effectively plan and complete experiments with limited supervision after fully trained
- Able to clearly communicate experiment results; experienced with using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data presenting and reporting
