- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution independently.
- Handle divorce, custody, visitation, support, property division, and restraining orders.
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Conduct legal research, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in mediation.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in a State Bar.
- 4 years of family law experience.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and case handling.
- Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and organizational skills.
