This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney, based in Killington, VT, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. The Attorney will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in legal matters, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and lead negotiations. Responsibilities also include managing cases related to Real Estate, Business Law, Estate Planning, and potentially other specialized legal fields as required by clients.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, with a strong foundation in Real Estate, Business Law, or Estate Planning
- Demonstrated knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and capability to provide strategic Legal Advice
- Proficiency in conducting in-depth legal Research and preparing comprehensive documentation
- Strong Negotiation skills to advocate for clients and achieve favorable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Vermont
- Prior experience in a law firm or specialized legal practice is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively
