- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in legal drafting and administrative legal tasks.
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish (Mandatory - spoken and written).
