- Manage a caseload of mass tort and class action matters from intake through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
- Participate in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and address complex legal issues.
- Represent and advocate for injured clients throughout the litigation process.
- Prepare cases for hearings, settlement discussions, and trial.
- Litigate matters in both state and federal courts.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout each case.
- Effectively manage deadlines while handling multiple complex litigation matters.
- Active license to practice law and member in good standing.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Personal injury litigation experience required; mass tort or class action experience preferred.
- Experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside experienced trial attorneys.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
