Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Mass Tort Department handling complex, high-stakes litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to manage meaningful cases, work alongside accomplished trial attorneys, and play a key role in advocating for injured clients while developing advanced litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of mass tort and class action matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Participate in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy and address complex legal issues.
• Represent and advocate for injured clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare cases for hearings, settlement discussions, and trial.
• Litigate matters in both state and federal courts.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal guidance throughout each case.
• Effectively manage deadlines while handling multiple complex litigation matters.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and member in good standing.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Personal injury litigation experience required; mass tort or class action experience preferred.
• Experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
