- Manage litigation matters from initial investigation through case resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate with clients and legal team to develop effective case strategies.
- Conduct legal research and maintain compliance with case deadlines and court requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
