Our client is seeking a 2-7 years experienced Associate Attorney/Of Counsel to join their Healthcare & Insurance team, advising leading healthcare and insurance clients.

- Advise healthcare providers, health plans, and insurance companies on regulatory compliance matters.
- Handle transactional matters involving healthcare and insurance industry clients.
- Counsel pharmaceutical, medical device, and health information technology companies.
- Conduct legal research, draft contracts, memoranda, and client communications.
- Build and grow a healthcare and/or insurance law practice within a collaborative platform.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
- 2-7 years of law firm, regulatory agency, or healthcare industry experience.
- Background in health law, insurance law, or related regulatory matters.
- Transactional and regulatory experience with healthcare or insurance clients required.
- Active Minnesota license or ability to waive into practice; strong writing and analytical skills.

Salary : $190,000 - $260,000
