- Manage probate administration matters from opening through final resolution.
- Evaluate potential new matters by handling incoming client inquiries.
- Appear in chancery courts across the state as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the probate process.
- Utilize firm systems, automation, and digital tools to deliver efficient legal services.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Mississippi and in good standing.
- At least 1 year of probate or chancery court experience, or a chancery court clerkship.
- Strong knowledge of Chancery Court practice and procedures.
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology-driven legal workflows.
- Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
