Our challenge
You’ll support the Chief of Staff team for the Digital Marketing & Acquisition organization, working closely with senior leadership (SVP, VPs, Directors).
This is a hands-on role focused on building leadership materials, managing communication, and keeping priorities organized across teams. The work is fast-moving and execution-driven, with clear visibility into how decisions are made.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $80k - $90k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Build presentations, updates, and trackers used in leadership meetings
- Turn inputs from multiple teams into clear, structured outputs
- Track decisions and follow-ups to ensure execution
- Prepare agendas, materials, and summaries for leadership forums
- Help keep communication organized across a large, distributed team
- Support coordination of team initiatives and engagement efforts
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in operations, consulting, or coordination roles
- Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability or willingness to quickly learn advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Slack, Outlook, and Confluence.
