The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA $115k - $118k/year & benefits (see below).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise architecture (Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, BPM) and how components interact.
• Gather and document business/functional requirements, data flows, rules, and use cases.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture and data transformations.
• Support QA/UAT and assist with bug resolution; drive production issue investigations.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; lead Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement for Data Ingestion squads.
• Coordinate with business SMEs to validate requirements.
• Participate in AI-assisted projects to enhance processes and insights.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to analyze data for requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and JIRA (or equivalent).
• Experience with AI/automation projects is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration, organizational, and analytical abilities
