Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Full Stack Developer with Java and angular Expertise to lead our development team in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java frontend development and modern frontend frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions in a cloud-native environment. Candidate will play a critical role in shaping our architecture, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring quality standards.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience with a primary focus on Angular for front-end and Java for backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect scalable and high-performance APIs and microservices to support front-end applications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues swiftly, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Participate in planning sessions, architecture discussions, and project roadmaps to align technical strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience with full-stack development, especially front-end with Angular, and backend with Java (preferably Spring Boot).
• Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working within cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Prior experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring team members.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
