Our challenge

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying innovative AI solutions leveraging large language models and graph-based architectures.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $102k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG techniques.
• Develop custom NLP and generative models tailored to business needs.
• Integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows.
• Optimize model performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deliver end-to-end AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and large language models.

Requirements:

You are:

• Proven experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG methodologies.
• Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
