Our Challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer – Devin AI & Claude Code to help accelerate the next generation of AI-assisted software engineering initiatives. This is not a generic AI Developer or Software Engineer role. We are specifically looking for professionals with hands-on expertise leveraging Devin AI and Claude Code to enhance software delivery, automate engineering workflows, and improve development productivity.

The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience working alongside AI coding agents, creating reusable AI engineering assets, and driving adoption of AI-powered development best practices across enterprise teams.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software solutions in partnership with engineering teams.
• Utilize Devin AI and Claude Code to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, documentation, and modernization efforts.
• Create, maintain, and optimize reusable AI engineering assets including:
• Devin Playbooks
• Knowledge Assets
• CLAUDE.md Files
• Skills
• Hooks
• Workflow Templates
• Support repository onboarding and AI workflow standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineering leads, and development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Ensure AI-generated code aligns with enterprise engineering, security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve AI-assisted development practices and engineering workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI coding capabilities and recommend process improvements.
• Promote adoption of AI engineering best practices across development teams.
• Contribute to developer productivity initiatives through automation and intelligent workflows.
• Share lessons learned, reusable assets, and success stories across the organization.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise software applications throughout the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience working with Devin AI, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted engineering platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development methodologies.
• Experience with modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications and microservices-based architectures.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with source control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with AI agents to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving developer productivity through automation, AI, and engineering innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI development frameworks.
• Exposure to Generative AI application development.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI orchestration platforms.
• Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering expertise.
• DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• API design and Microservices development experience.
• Previous experience creating reusable AI assets, automations, or engineering accelerators.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.
