Our challenge

Seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Consultant for implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workfront as an enterprise work management platform. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, marketing teams, PMOs, and IT teams to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and drive operational efficiency.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
• Workfront Administration
• Workflow optimization
• Reporting & dashboards
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective Adobe Workfront solutions.
• Configure and customize Adobe Workfront modules including Projects, Tasks, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Assist in the design and deployment of workflows, forms, and automation processes.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes using Adobe Workfront.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Workfront deployments.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Adobe Workfront features and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Adobe Workfront implementation, configuration, and enhancements
• Design and configure:
• Request queues
• Custom forms
• Workflows, approvals, and automations
• Dashboards and reports
• Gather and translate business requirements into Workfront solutions
• Support marketing operations, PMO, and creative teams
