Job Description
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, market and consumer research, competitive analysis, product planning, positioning, and successful new product launches.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch, ensuring continuous improvement based on market feedback.
- Develop comprehensive product strategy documents, including business cases, technical requirements, pricing strategy, revenue projections, and ROI analysis.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and define clear product objectives that support impactful marketing communications.
- Collaborate closely with teams throughout product development, testing (QA), and commercialization, while effectively prioritizing resources to support overall business goals.
- Lead the development of product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Synear Foods’ products across key market segments and enhances brand competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (required)
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English required
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in product management, including 3 years in CPG industry is a plus
- Solid understanding of food production processes, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), costing, and quality systems is preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Proven track record of managing the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
