This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Scheduler based in Houston, TX, with some work from home acceptable. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project completions, identifying potential project delays, and implementing mitigation strategies. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to report on project status and progress.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to identify potential project delays and devise mitigation strategies

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
