Job Description

As a Project Scheduler In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up production schedules to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills.

  • Development of schedule and controls reports to produce weekly/monthly reports for client and internal management review (i.e. Resource loading analysis and schedules, critical path items, etc.)
  • Perform general task and related works as required by the project/customer.
  • Provide reports on various project related topics to supervisors and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate to ensure accuracy of data and assist with tracking the completion of contractual obligations.
  • Attend weekly meeting to discuss any issues with equipment delivers, engineering, materials, interferences, manpower or any other project relater information.
  • Monthly/Weekly presentation for Executive meeting showing current overall progress of the Project.
  • Maintain accurate records in various project databases and assist in the development of databases and other data-keeping tools.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; with minimum seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience of 3 years as Project Scheduler in Offshore oil and gas industry
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Proficient with Primavera scheduling tools
  • Impeccable communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Prior experience with scheduling with in the Offshore Marine Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong scheduling skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with SAP

Capable of performing a variety of manual assignments/tasks as defined by the critical demands of the job
