- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Analyze transportation data to identify efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and support transportation planning initiatives.
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and freight documentation to ensure compliance and operational transparency.
Experience
- Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment.
