We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in support of a leading healthcare insurance client. In this role, the analyst will perform comprehensive gap analyses, validate solution effectiveness, and play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery — all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Support gap analysis, process modeling, and data analysis efforts
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Create and maintain documentation such as workflows and process diagrams
- Help bridge communication between business and IT teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant internship/project experience in healthcare or IT
Basic to strong understanding of healthcare insurance concepts
Facets Platform Knowledge (Preferred/Exposure)
Candidates with exposure or conceptual understanding of the Facets platform are highly encouraged to apply, including:
- Member demographic data management
- Eligibility and enrollment processes
- Product and benefit plan configuration
- Claims processing and adjudication logic
- Benefits, balances, and service limits
- Prior authorization workflows
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Basic experience in documentation (user stories, workflows, specs)
Nice to Have:
Internship or project experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio or similar platforms.
Interest in Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
