Founding AE / Sales Opportunity
Location: Brooklyn, NY (in-person, 5 days/week)
Compensation
• Year 1: $250K–$400K OTE
• Year 2: $400K–$600K OTE
An early-stage, profitable, VC-backed company is hiring a founding AE / sales leader after scaling from $0 to $10M ARR in under two years with an extremely lean team. The company recently saw a major surge in inbound demand and is entering its next phase of rapid growth.
The business works with many of the world’s most ambitious Series A–C founders, pairing them with an elite network of former founders, operators, and executives who have built category-defining companies and led businesses through hypergrowth. Their network includes leaders behind multiple billion-dollar outcomes and iconic technology companies.
This role will work directly with the founders across the full revenue cycle — sourcing, pitching, and closing high-value engagements with venture-backed founders and executives.
This is not a traditional SaaS AE role. The right person will operate as a trusted advisor to ambitious founders while helping build the GTM engine from the ground up. There is significant upside and room for expanded ownership as the company scales.
