About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3–5 years of nursing experience to serve as a Clinical Manager. This role is ideal for an LPN with experience in assisted living, memory care, hospital, or acute-care settings who brings clinical confidence, emotional intelligence, and a calm presence to their work.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents living with memory loss
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Observe and identify subtle changes in residents' conditions and advocate for their needs
• Support, guide, and collaborate with caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families
• Serve as a trusted clinical leader during your shift
• Help maintain a calm, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• 3–5 years of LPN experience
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while remaining grounded and compassionate

Preferred Experience

• Assisted Living or Memory Care
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care
• Hospital or acute-care settings

Experience across multiple care settings is a plus—we value nurses who bring depth, perspective, and resilience.
