Job Summary

Synapse TBI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our administrative and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across departments
• Support marketing initiatives (social media, content coordination, outreach)
• Help manage internal documents, data entry, and reporting
• Coordinate basic communications with patients, reps, and partners

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Interest in healthcare, marketing, or business operations preferred
