This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.

This role involves evaluating and treating patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation services
- Work with patients experiencing TBI, vestibular issues, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, and therapy staff
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients on treatment plans and at-home exercises
- Active Florida license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Chiropractor (DC)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Experience with neurological or vestibular rehab is a plus (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
