As a pivotal member of our manufacturing team, the Surface Mount Technology Equipment Specialist is at the forefront of creating advanced electronic circuits. Under the guidance of the Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll lead initiatives that keep our technological operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Your Day Will Include:

• Utilizing SMT software to operate and manage production processes.
• Conducting checks on PCB identification and ensuring accuracy with program names, conveyor settings, and solder paste application.
• Diagnosing and addressing technical issues with equipment.
• Executing setups, product transitions, and essential equipment maintenance.
• Repairing and installing essential electronic components like resistors and capacitors.
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed and product quality assessments.
• Engaging in 6s and continual process improvement practices.

Your Qualifications:

• A keen eye for quality and safety in electronic manufacturing.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and the ability to manipulate small components.
• Solid knowledge of electronic components, including polarities and locational markers.
• Capable of interpreting Bills of Materials and technical drawings.
• 1 to 10 years of experience in the field of electronic manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with automated assembly machinery is desirable.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
