Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Java/J2EE applications supporting Integrated Eligibility platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and state stakeholders to understand requirements related to Integrated eligibility programs.
- Develop technical solutions ensuring compliance with state and federal eligibility standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Create technical documentation and maintain coding standards.
- Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE development.
- Prior experience with Integrated Eligibility systems at state level.
- Knowledge of eligibility programs such as Integrated Eligibility and Medicaid.
- Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts.
- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), SQL, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
