Desktop Support Engineer

Boston, MA (100% Onsite)
$25–26/hr on W2

Must Have

  • 4 years of Desktop / Deskside Support experience
  • Strong Windows Desktop & Endpoint Support
  • Multi-Monitor & High-Performance Workstation setup
  • Active Directory, VPN, Networking & Citrix/VDI
  • ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Experience supporting VIP/Executive users
  • Experience in a fast-paced Financial Services or Enterprise environment
