Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and fourteen (14) years or more relevant experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more relevant experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management and IT service delivery using ITIL-aligned standards.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and CMDB oversight in a federal or regulated environment.
- Proven expertise in ITIL 4-based configuration management practices.
- Experience managing CMDBs using Configuration Management tools, ensuring CI accuracy across complex organizational ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, propose resolutions, and improve Configuration Management processes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to meet compliance and innovation objectives.
- Effective communication abilities to advocate for Configuration Management strategies across teams and stakeholders.
- Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt procedures to technical and regulatory changes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an CLIENT Public Trust
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher) and/or Configuration Management certifications.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
