Sales Team Lead

The Team Lead is responsible for driving individual sales performance while providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to Solutions Consultants. This role serves as a key liaison between the sales team and management, ensuring alignment on performance expectations, communication flow, and operational execution. The Team Lead balances personal production with leadership responsibilities, acting as a mentor, trainer, and escalation point for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and support Solutions Consultants to improve performance and call quality
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for agents and handle escalated client calls
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback, including call reviews and coaching
• Serve as liaison between Solutions Consultants and Sales Manager; escalate issues and support

• Conduct financial education sessions and communicate with clients via inbound/outbound calls to

• Assess client financial situations and recommend tailored debt consolidation solutions; overcome

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, or comparable
  
  

Record Of Sales Leadership Experience Required.

• At least three years of sales experience required
