This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Commercial Loan Officer located in Nolensville, TN. The Senior Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial loan accounts, evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and providing personalized financial advice to clients. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their financial needs, structuring loan deals, managing the loan approval process, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge in Loans and SBA
- Strong background in Finance and Underwriting
- Proven ability to develop and maintain commercial loan accounts
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
