Status: Full time/Part time
Shift: 6am-230pm, 2pm-1030pm, 10pm-630am

The RN / LPN will:
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants according to the facilities policies, procedures and standards.
- Monitor residents and complete required record keeping; chart and document per facility policy.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions which adhere to state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Communicate to residents, families and co-workers in an effective and respectful manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians and co-workers.
Nurses must have the following:
- Active Illinois nursing license
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Compassionate and Caring attitude
- Time Management skills
- Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred
- Compliant with the Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history.
