Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications.
- Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies.
- Participate in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in all nursing activities.
- Current Illinois RN/LPN license.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing care to patients.
