Symmetry Closets is a leading independent custom storage company seeking a Project Manager who enjoys working in a respectful and friendly environment. The Project Manager plays a central role in ensuring that every project is executed smoothly, on time, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role bridges communication between clients, designers, installers, and vendors. They also ensure that all details are accurate, timelines are met, and the Symmetry Closets experience remains seamless and positive.
The Project Managers main role is to schedule installations while coordinating shop fabrication and installer schedules. They serve as the main point of contact for customers by providing clear, timely updates on scheduling, production status, and installation details. The Project Manager is also responsible for ordering and tracking our warehouse inventory.
It is very helpful to have custom closet, cabinetry or construction background and some knowledge of any CAD software.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, construction coordination, interior design, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and digital workflow tools.
- Ability to read and understand design plans, measurements, and technical details.
- Problem‑solver with a positive mindset and a calm, professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Experience in custom closets, cabinetry, millwork, or home improvement is a plus.
Required:
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours Monday through Friday (normal Business hours) at our office in Holbrook, NY.

- Microsoft Office / computer skills
