About the Opportunity:
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service, responsiveness, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, issues, and general requests
- Maintain accurate customer records in both electronic and physical formats
- Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate entry
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time
- Provide pricing quotes and support new customer project setup and tracking
- Prepare sample orders for customers and internal sales teams
- Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer issues and support ongoing projects
- Analyze and resolve complex customer concerns while communicating effectively with internal teams
- Assist in researching and resolving accounts receivable issues in partnership with finance and account management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or customer service environment preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
