We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Tutor to prepare students for success on the ACT exam. This is an in person role at our Reston center, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' academic journeys.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, personalized ACT Science preparation sessions to high school students
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs
- Communicate effectively with students and families to encourage success and confidence
- Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment
- Collaborate with center staff to ensure high-quality student outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Science or related field preferred)
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ACT Science exam content and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to student success
- Ability to work on-site at our Reston location
