Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a
Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a growing in-house team focused on stability, teamwork, and strong resident care.
- 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN options

- Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans
- Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team as needed
- Supervise and support LPNs/CNAs as appropriate
- Document care clearly and timely
- Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and dependable attendance
